Practices Made Perfect retains your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes you provided it to us, as outlined in this Privacy Policy, or such longer retention period as may be required or permitted by applicable law.

Some of the service providers we use to store and collect data are located outside Canada. Therefore, we will store and process your personal information in Canada and other countries. The laws of other countries regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information may be different from the laws of Canada. If you do not wish us to provide your personal information to a service provider you can advise us, however, we may not be able to provide you with an associated service or product.

Please immediately contact our Chief Privacy Officer the address noted below if you believe that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age. If Practices Made Perfect learns that it has inadvertently collected the personal information of a child under 13 years of age, we will use reasonable efforts to delete that information from its systems (except to the extent that retention of the personal information is required or permitted by applicable law).
