shipping of online purchases

We offer various shipping and delivery methods throughout Canada with most items making it to your door within 15-20 business days. For shipments outside of Canada contact Customer Care for rates and deliver times.

 
returning and exchanges

Regular priced items purchased online or at trade shows can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Refunds on regular priced items will be provided in the original method of payment. Sale items can be exchanged for another item, or for credit within 14 days of purchase.  A receipt is mandatory for all returns or exchanges.

At time of delivery, ensure the package does not appear damaged. If damaged, do not accept the delivery  and contact Customer Care. You can return items by mail within 30 days of purchase. To return through mail include a copy of your receipt. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping fees are your responsibility and are nonrefundable.
